Well, it was suggested (or rather challenged) by Johnny Zombie , after my Psycho Mansion model to make a zombie apocalypse model.
So, off I duly went and started...
It is no-where near finished, I'm forever tweaking it and moving the severed limbs around,
and I still need to add more gravestones and several trees, and maybe a farmhouse with people barricaded inside,
but it's on it's way. My little boy had great fun choosing which zombie should have an arm or leg chewed off, or where an arm should be clawing out of the ground.
So, message me when you've made yours (that means you too Johnny - found your camera yet?), that's right I want to see your models/dioramas/hallowe'en props whatever, and I'll come over and take a look.
Next one for us is this little beauty....
Unbelievably awesome!!! I love it so much I could squeal.
ReplyDeleteLove that black and white pic with the long shadows. Superb, good job.
ReplyDeleteThanks very much you two, you're both very kind. The pictures don't really do it justice (they don't show the four hours it took to paint the ruined church!) and you can't see the open graves in them, but I'd had enough for one day, and couldn't be bothered to take any more.
ReplyDeleteI must say, I am impressed. This is quite promising. I'm eager to see the finished version, and what you come up with. The black and white photos are quite striking. I'm also happy to hear that you and your son worked on it together.
ReplyDeleteAs for my project...I have something very special planned. I was going to wait until October, when haunted houses and the like are prevalent. But, I have been gathering materials. There's one special piece I need...it shall arrive soon enough. *cue sinister laughter*
Don't wait until October. Every month is October here in our crypt!
